YOGA, Conference & Show encourages participants to select classes that include a variety of activity and reflection/meditation. We hope you find the following guidelines helpful.
- 40 workshops and classes presented by world renowned teachers and speakers including Seane Corn, Rodney Yee, Swami Lalitananda, Jai Uttal, Gurmukh Kaur Khalsa- teacher to the stars and several others
- The “Yoga Garden”, located on the show floor, provided studios and local teachers an opportunity to present their phenomenal skills and talents
- Continuous demonstrations, seminars, key note addresses and book signings from world renowned yoga teachers and leaders
- A vegetarian café featured a variety of food vendors who catered to the Yoga market
- Saturday evening, Wade Morisette performed live in concert
- Free Trnace Dance performed by Maria Garre
