By practising yoga and meditation daily we can develop new behaviours and ways of thinking and acting. When we begin to operate from a clearer mind that is supported by our intuition, we begin to act and react differently. We become kinder, we open our hearts more, and the way we interact with others changes. We start to see profound changes in our lives and relationships. We move from "me" to "we." Making a change in how we live takes courage, strength, perseverance, and discipline. Yoga and meditation provide us with the skills, energy and practice to support the process of change. Having a daily yoga and meditation practice helps us make the conscious choice to step out of the cycle of reaction (karma) to action (dharma). In this workshop, we will practice a kriya and meditation for clarity and intuition. We will explore the steps to creating a successful and sustainable daily practice and how to maintain commitment to our daily practice when the pressures of life, family and work seem unending. We will discuss the importance of group practice and community (finding your tribe) and of being of service. We will explore the concepts of choice, intention, projection and tips for following the path of your dharma.

And everything is conceived because of the combination of the harmony and those two polarities of male and female, sun and moon." - Yogi BhajanIt is a well-known phenomenon that women's bodies are closely tied with the cycles of the moon. The Moon Centres are 11 specific areas of the body through which energy moves in the course of one moon cycle. The activation of each moon centre results in the manifestation of particular psychological and spiritual qualities, and the energy in each woman travels in a unique pattern. The study of moon centres dates back to Vedic times. Understanding the effects of the moon centres can empower your relationship with your body, allow you to use all aspects of your mind and free you from hidden agendas that block you from experiencing fulfilling and loving relationships, maintaining healthy self-esteem, grace and, yes, even having better sex! During our time together, we will review and discuss each of the moon centres, and the yoga postures, kriyas, and meditations that help to balance each moon centre. We will explore how to chart the Moon Centres and some of the guidelines for making sex sacred.This information is transforming for all women and across all yoga styles and disciplines. Session includes lecture, yoga, meditation for healing, self-understanding and the very important practice for all women: deep relaxation.

We, too, are energy and what we do affects our vibration. When we are "in tune" or "in the flow," we feel as though we move through life with ease and face difficult situations with grace and courage. When our frequency is off, however, we tend to make poor decisions and are influenced by others. In this workshop, you will learn about your vibrational frequency and how it affects your life. Explore how to make adjustments that will raise your energy so you can live a life of balance, ease, and strength. We will use Kundalini Yoga kriya, meditation, and breath work and conclude our time with deep relaxation.

The first and last things we do in this physical lifetime are to take a breath. Along with oxygen, nitrogen, and carbon dioxide, the breath contains prana, the life force. We are regularly taught we can't live without oxygen; it is also true we can't live without prana, the vital force that energizes the mind, body, and consciousness.The importance of breathing is often overlooked today. Many of our common stress-related ailments can be linked back to the quality of our breathing. Breathing patterns are easily disrupted by fatigue and stress, which then impact our physiological and psychological systems. This workshop is a gentle and experiential exploration of different yogic breath techniques. You will be guided to your natural breath and then, through different breathing patterns, you will learn how to use various meditation and relaxation techniques. This workshop provides tips and techniques to strengthen your relationship with your breath, body, and mind.

Fear prevents us from reaching our full potential, from being all we can be and doing what our soul is called to do.We will explore how fear is held in the body and various ways of releasing it. Kundalini Yoga is an ancient practice that helps you channel powerful energy and transform your life. Through Kundalini Yoga we can learn how to manage our energy so we can live a more creative, relaxed, and joyful life. In the workshop we will practice 3 Kundalini Yoga methods to help you release conscious and subconscious fears that cause stress, worry, and anxiety.This workshop is for anyone that wants to get unstuck!
