Join Dani March, Master Desire Map Facilitator™, for a day of inquiry, yoga, intention and alignment. The popular Desire Map™ method (based on the best-selling book by Danielle Laporte) flips traditional goal setting inside out. Over the course of a full day, we'll explore why we want, what we do and how to develop an intention practice that allows us to show up and lean in to life, on our own terms. We've paired The Desire Map principles with yoga because it's no secret that the body knows before the mind does. We'll weave together meditation and yoga with inquiry journaling and an in-depth exploration of the five areas of life. From theory to practice, your Core Desired Feelings become a guidance system for daily decision making. The Yoga Rx Method™ is modern-day approach to sequencing that blends the functional yoga movement with the ancient teachings of mother nature and her elements: Earth, Air, Fire, Water and Spirit. Each practice is uniquely inspired by the energetic qualities of the elements in a practical and tangible way to help you find a deeper sense of awareness both on and off the yoga mat. In this immersive experience, you will be introduced to each element through a series of concepts, movements, and meditation. You'll leave this workshop with practice tools to helps you embody optimal well-being, and better understanding of how you relate to the world.

Deepen your understanding of the subtle body with a full-day chakra exploration. Using a blend of Yin yoga and chakra theory, you'll move through each energy centre, learning to recognize the physical and energetic signs of balance and imbalance. You'll leave this experiential workshop with insight into your own practice and guidelines for structuring a balanced Yin yoga practice. Ideal for students and teachers looking to slow down and tune in to the subtler aspects of this sacred practice.
