Koya Webb is an internationally recognized yoga teacher, personal trainer, holistic health and wellness coach, author, motivational speaker, and professional fitness model revolutionizing the holistic living landscape. She is known as a “transformational specialist” when it comes to helping people reach their goals - by encouraging sustainable positive lifestyle changes that maximize their ability to cultivate self-love, lose weight, increase energy, reverse life-threatening conditions and experience optimal health.

Koya believes the most important element in health is Self-Love; from this belief came the creation of Get Loved Up. This signature program addresses the growing obesity epidemic in the US and especially within the African-American and other minority communities. Get Loved Up encourages women to practice daily self-care and make healthy living a priority in a fun & accessible way. Get Loved Up aims to lower the number of women with chronic diseases associated with an unhealthy diet and sedentary lifestyle.

Koya is a highly regarded expert source and editorial contributor with the national media online and with appearances on NBC, CBS, and the Steve Harvey Show as well as a roster of celebrity clients. She is cast in a confidential cable reality TV show due for release in early 2017. Her holistic health, detox and lifestyle tips have been featured in Essence, LA Yoga, Oxygen, Vegan Health & Fitness, Max Sport & Fitness, and Muscle & Performance among others. She currently holds partnerships with ALO, SunWarrior, Kashi, and Reebok.

With over a decade of holistic studies at her command - RYT 500, with certifications in Ashtanga, Rayoka, SUP, AcroVinyasa and AYfit, as well as NASM and IIN - Koya is dedicated to making a positive impact in the world of healthy living. This former competitive track and field athlete combines the spirit and dedication of a champion, with a humble heart of gold and a splash of southern charm.

Ashtanga Inspired Vinyasa Flow

This class is designed to introduce the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga by learning the correct breathing technique and breaking down the poses one by one with precise instruction. The set sequence of poses is linked together by the breath, allowing the body to slowly gain strength and flexibility. Whether you have never taken a yoga class before or you would like to take the time to understand the practice at a more detailed level, this class is for you.

A quick and strong flow that begins with unique Sun Salutations featuring fun strength challenges strategically placed in between flows to quickly build heat, flexibility and strength in a short amount of time. Great for when you need a fast and efficient total body flow.

Inside Out Glow: Get Loved Up Yoga Series

A moving guided meditation. You will flow and hold poses focusing on connecting your breath with the movement while Koya uses empowering affirmations, poems and quotes to inspire and empower you from the inside out. Be prepared for emotional clearing as you hold poses and release limiting beliefs that don_t serve you.
