Even when she was young, Julie knew that every one of us is capable of healing, learning and wielding our energetic force in this world. Julie grew and explored the world of spirit and energy. But after attending an “Introduction to Reiki” workshop, her analytic mind could not accept the concept of energy all around us that we could use to heal and grow. More research led Julie to complete Usui Reiki Level 1 certification, her first step onto the wellness path. Now her practices include: Life Coach, Axiatonal Alignment, Indian Head Massage, Reflexology, Reiki, Aromatherapy Massage, Chakra Balancing, Colour Therapy, Crystal Therapy, Laughter Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Thai Yoga Massage. All services are offered in person and at-a-distance for people and their pets.
