LongIn this very special, 6-hour intensive, we will go deeper into the process of exploring the subtle, physical, and spiritual energies involved in finding one's own unique self-expression and facilitating transformational journey work for our students. This intensive is about cultivating your personal strengths as a teacher and/or student, developing a strong and confident voice, and how to turn a simple class into a soul-inspiring experience.Many teachers are taught the mechanics: alignment, sequencing, asana, pranayama, meditation - the traditional and rich history of yoga. Yet, they are left yearning for a way to bring their students into a place of deep surrender, prayer, and intentional energetic shifts. "Holding space" for transformation requires your own deep commitment to the inner journey of spirit and the compassion, courage, and a willingness to articulate the soul's journey to others. With Seane's guidance, we'll explore our own personal practice and connection to source, and how to then invite Spirit into the body - mind experience, incorporate ritual, and how to speak authentically from your heart as a way to inspire, inform, and motivate your class. This intensive will ultimately shed light on just how powerful and inspirational YOU can be and offer tools on how to share your unique self-expression with your students.In this course we will explore:?The basic mechanics of how to structure and organize a class responsibly and practically. Including alignment, adjustments, and sequencing.?Understanding the body - mind connection, trauma, and how to use the chakra system for insight, wisdom, and healing.?How to theme a class symbolically and emotionally, introduce current events, the power and challenges of offering prayer, intention setting, and how to ritualize an embodied experience.?Discover your strengths and challenges as a teacher and confront the limiting beliefs that may be blocking you from your own unique self-expression and willingness to communicate fearlessly and authentically your true Self with othersAt the end of this intensive, you will receive an opening & closing prayer and meditation written by Seane, that you are free to use and explore in your own teaching and practice.

This unique and challenging class explores how making conscious and responsible choices can help purify our body and mind, supporting optimal health. We will focus on cleansing the vital organs through a special vinyasa sequence that utilizes three internal components - compression, decompression, and twists - to stimulate the purification process within the body. This class includes sun salutes A and B, a detox standing pose sequence, breathing exercises, and meditation.

In this spirited and heart-centred class, learn how our evolution is the revolution, and how it begins the moment we take accountability for the choices we make that separate us from each other, the planet, and Spirit. We must go inward to understand and heal these divides, and the impact they have on our psyche, culture, and collective liberation. Our liberation, the ultimate promise of yoga, is dependent upon ALL souls being free. Therefore, we must do the inner work of transformational change, take ownership for our complicity in creating these fractures, and initiate actions to change both ourselves and the systems that cause so much suffering. The revolution begins within, and we are being called to wake up, show up, take a stand, find our voice, heal the separations that exist, and then put that love and compassion into conscious action - for the benefit of ALL.

Healing happens when we begin to mend the separation in our consciousness between the mind, body, and spirit. Understanding this interdependency can radically shift the way we "see" the body, empowering us to support our own health and wellness in a more integrated - and therefore holistic - way. Through yoga, we can explore the mind - body connection, the impact our emotional life has on our health, how to "read" or map the body symbolically, and how to interpret these physiological/emotional messages as spiritual guidance meant to open us to love, acceptance, and appreciation of the interconnection that binds us all as one. Join Seane for this unique vinyasa flow master class for all levels to invite radical healing into whatever area of your mind - body needs it most. Some discussion, mostly asana.

Now that you have a solid understanding of asana, how can you begin to shift your practice from Physical to Mystical? Through intention, prayer, movement, and breath we will use our bodies to communicate with Spirit to transform our practice into a sacred ritual aligning us with all that is Divine. Yoga becomes a dance with Spirit. This provocative class will include sun salutes A and B, standing poses, backbends, forward bends, inversions, meditation, and reflection on co-creating with the Universe.
