Anahata Flow: The Mystery of the Heart Chakra

Seane Corn - SU2COR

This class addresses the source of where we love- through our bodies and our expressions of service in the world. Through a gentle vinyasa flow sequence focusing on backbends, forward folds, and hip openers, we will address the issues of the 4th chakra and how they play into our realm of loving. Seane will create an experience that will allow you to reflect inwardly on any resistance that may be holding you back from living with an open heart, allowing you to instead be in the mystery of life- in all of its expressions, so we can stand powerfully in this journey, with gratitude, reconciliation, understanding, and peace of mind. Join Seane and participate in the opportunity to shift your resistance into surrender, your judgment into compassion, and most certainly your fear into faith. Practice and discussion. All levels.
