The Blue Portal: The Power of the Throat Chakra is to Create Freedom, Clarity and Purpose in Our Lives

Tamika Schilbe - TH6SCH

We all get truthaches from time to time_the aches and pains that arise from hiding our truth in some aspect of life. Intimately connected to all the other chakras, working with the throat chakra can create transformation in every aspect of life. Located on the superhighway between the head and the heart, the Vishuddha chakra is a place where traffic jams of confusion can occur between our desire to be real and our fear of change. This workshop explores how our throat chakra development gets thwarted and how we can heal it. Participants will learn practical tools, meditations, mudras, and toning to help clear blockages and free their authentic voice
