Justin is a Graduate in Yoga Education and Therapy. He sees Yoga as a universal health care system and therapy that can create a harmonious and continuous balance in one's life that allows one to deepen, strengthen and heal the inner relationship with ourselves, other human beings and our planet at large. Justin's dedicated and profoundly passionate commitment to teach sprung from his own personal experience in dealing with and healing from testicular cancer, a journey that began in 2007. Justin approaches his classes with joyful energy, humour, a skilled touch, a compassionate heart and his steady pace, balanced sequencing, and attention to detail encourage students to move slowly, deeply, and mindfully.

Restorative Yoga with Hot Stone : The Art of Nurturing

Welcome to the art of nurturing where you will experience and learn the gentle practice of integrating hot volcanic mineral stones into a restorative practice. First you will enter into the student body and experience the practice first hand. In the second and third parts, you will learn the skills necessary to integrate hot stones into your restorative classes. This will be an incredibly soothing and insightful TT that will illuminate and shed light on this new integrative therapy. The goal of Hot Stone Restorative is to balance the body's systems and realign the energy flow within the body which supports our natural healing process, thereby promoting balance, willpower and vitality within. You will leave feeling nurtured, calm, clear, peaceful and most importantly confident to start integrating yourself.

Combining a gentle flow experience with a deep nourishing yoga Nidra practice, come and experience the glory of combining the yang and the yin. Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is for any yoga practitioner or active body, and is a magical antidote to our busy lives and usually an intensely engaging conference weekend. Start or end your day with a beautifully deep and restful experience. This workshop is rooted in deep relaxation and balance; an experience that will honour the wholeness of practising yoga. Come receive and restore over your weekend.
