This deep-dive into yoga therapy will include a strength-based practice infused with primal drumming, Yin Yoga, pranayama, myofascial release techniques, and a tour of your mind. We will unpack your hidden triggers (trauma, abandonment, fear, insecurity, imposter syndrome, etc.), work to process them, and provide you with the practical tools you need in order to become stable, strong, and clear.

Chronic anxiety creates a state of hyperarousal in the mind and body. To metabolize the chemical mediators of anxiety so that we can actually relax, we have to move. This practice will be dynamic, subtle, and elegant simultaneously. Students will move and breathe with the beat of a drum, engaging in pranayama throughout the asana. Our practice will end with Yoga Nidra, a hypnagogic technique inducing profound rest and relaxation.

Yin Yoga allows people the time and space to explore the mind. This workshop will explore key concepts related to the ability to rise to our greatest potential. During the practice, Tracey will take you on a journey through setting boundaries—saying no with grace, creating stability in your life, emotional intelligence, resilience, digestion of life experiences, explicit communication, and integration.
