In this healing hip session be prepared to experience diverse movements to tend to the hips, both inside and out. The first part of the session; a dynamic yoga practice with an integration of mobility-based exercises that strengthen and stabilize around the hip joint. The second part of the session; a still Yin and therapeutics practice, to address the connective tissues around the hips, with breathwork and insights into the metaphysical reasons for hip tension and pain. This session goes beyond the physical body, by touching base with emotional body as well. This class is for all levels, and will offer fresh ideas for your own practice and teachings.

Come experience a unique and healing restorative yoga class for anxiety. Anxiety is common, and often the result of the inability to process all the ups and downs of life. It can be challenging to manage life changes. In the session, you will be guided into different forms of stillness with supported postures, while receiving Sacred Activations (healing energetics) to ease overthinking, mental tension and body tension, while simultaneously instilling ease, grace, and grounding. You will leave the session feeling calmer, with a greater well-being in body and mind. This class is for all levels.

If you have tension, pain or immobile shoulders, this class is for you! This class is influenced by over 12 years of experience integrating yoga, mobility and yoga therapeutics in public classes and private practice with specific needs. First half of the class is a mobility flow, followed by yin yoga and therapeutics portion; all to mobilize and heal the shoulders. The session is the perfect recipe for shoulder freedom and release of excess stress we carry in this region. This class is for all levels, and will offer fresh ideas for your own practice and teachings.

A Yin yoga session that will be more than held postures for hips and hamstrings. In this class, you will be immersed in healing for the body, mind, and heart. You will gain a deeper understanding of the common reasons for tension and pain in the hips and hamstrings, as you move through a specific intelligent yin yoga sequence that will tend to these areas. To close the session, you will experience pure bliss as you rest in supported savasana that will be infused with Sacred Activations (healing energetics). You will leave this session feeling greater clarity, emotional balance and ease. This class is for all levels, and will offer fresh ideas for yoga teachers and yin yoga enthusiasts.
