April 13 - April 16 2023 • METRO TORONTO CONVENTION CENTRE

Faculty - Noël Wright

Hi, I’m Noel and have been teaching yoga since 1993. I fell in love with yoga after my very first class in 1985 at University. I knew one day I would teach. After graduating from the Himalayan Institute I opened a Yoga studio in 1994 in my home state of Pennsylvania. Shortly afterwards, I became an Acupuncturist and decided to marry the 2 teachings into what I call Qi-Yoga. Unlike any yoga class, you will experience the benefits of acupressure, Qigong and Yoga poses almost immediately.
Besides my love for Yoga, I love nature. Chinese Medicine is entwined with nature, the seasons and the 5 elements. I am a certified Senior Fitness Instructor and coach for healthy ageing by teaching Qi-Fit.
I married a Canadian, Bob, and we moved from Toronto to London, ON where I teach online and in-person classes as well as specialised workshops. My awe of the resiliency and adaptability of the human body never ceases to amaze me. As I age, I want to help others to feel their best by practising Qi-Yoga and knowing that ageing isn’t a dirty word.
