I began teaching yoga in California back in 2002 and have been practicing, leading, and learning on the mat ever since. In 2009, I started teaching for doyogawithme.com, which led to an incredible journey of teaching thousands of individuals online, as well as traveling the world to lead retreats. In 2018, I established my own yoga school called MindintoMatter Yoga, and so far, I have successfully graduated four cohorts of enthusiastic yogis. I have had the pleasure of teaching at Hollyhock, Omega, and Mar de Jade, as well as various other private international retreat venues.
