When you are keyed into how prana moves through the body and mind, it becomes easy to align your practice both physically and emotionally. Rodney Yee and Colleen Saidman invite you to leave behind your conceptual ideas of the poses in favour of playing inside the dialogue of center, where the energy channels flow free. Use the traditional tools of asana, pranayama and meditation to discover your inner guide, allowing your practice to arise organically from within. For all levels.
